Good Morning Wallet Junkie - i have purchased 4 of your pop up wallets during the past year (3 for Christmas presents and the Springbok edition for myself) My son, son in law and grandson love your product and the quality is fantastic, however I cannot say the same for the Springbok one as the stitching has pulled away from the bottom side of the money holder and find the quality not as good as the previous 3 purchased which are still like new. I have attached two photos of the area in question and would welcome feedback as it is a very expensive product which I don’t mind paying for providing the product remains robust. I welcome contact from Kai.

The product is very attractive and marketed as well as presented in a good box. The operation is a little unsatisfactory. I have purchased an original SECRID who are the originators of this product. I have been using SECRID since about 5 years now, and no trouble or complaint. HOwever this product (SPRINGBOK WALLET), is a little faulty if only one card is inserted.
Perhaps the sellers can look into this aspect and make it a 5 star product.

I received my Springbok popup wallet fairly quickly, it's a nice product and works well but I think more care should be taken in packaging. The wallet has some scratches in the material and doesn't seem brand new.
