Added name to be embossed, received the wallet expeditiously without personalisation! Paid for something not recieved, dissapointed!
Order #50772. I placed the order in the 27th and paid for express delivery and also paid for embroidery - I only received the order on the 5th of Jan and it’s not even embroidered. I sent a text on the same day (the 5th) and have not received any form of response?
I would like to express my utter disappointment in the service I have received from wallet junkie
I ordered my husbands Christmas present on
Line and paid for it, then I was contacted to say the colour was out of stock, which did not reflect as such online? I then proceeded to try and make contact this took over 2 days to get a response, then the colour option offered to me was also out of stock and a 3rd option was offered, which I again turned down and requested a refund so I could purchase the Christmas gift elsewhere . I was informed this would take 5-7 days, but when the refund was still not reflecting and I once again made contact and was told they would follow up on the refund status, I never heard back! Now on the 8th of January I get a message my order is dispatched which clearly shows that the refund was indeed never processed!!
I obviously bought a new wallet in the meantime as this was a Christmas gift. I do not wish to receive the wallet at this late stage, I would like my refund as I have now incurred double cost!
I put an order in and asked for engraving. I received my order on time for Christmas, but sadly received another person's name engraved on the wallet. Since the delivery, I had no response to my messages, emails or calls. Not sure what I must to with the product I bought.

Bought two of these items. Happy with the first item (springbok wallet pro duo), however the second item (springbok wallet pro) that I received seems to have been used. It was not received in a sealed box and the front cover has scuff marks on it. Not impressed .
These wallets are seriously amazing - would recommend it to anyone wanting to buy a new wallet. The quality is great and the size of the wallet is perfect and it’s so easy to use. I also bought the sling purse and my girlfriend is insanely happy with it and uses it for every occasion that she goes to.

Hubby started using his wallet yesterday. He WhatsApped me while at work yesterday saying its much better than the standard wallets on the market. Hes thrilled that it easily takes all the he is required to keep with him.
With him being a line pilot hes always looking for less stuff to carry and this wallet is small and compact. Perfect for him

Happy with the overall of the wallet but the engraving did not even last a week it was a birthday present for my husband although his birthday is today, gave it to him as soon as it was delivered 😕
Wallet is good quality, but the engraving unfortunately is not. It's stamped on with ink, and mine was still wet when I received it. After drying it, it still appears to want to smudge, so don't wipe over it.
Loved the wallet, though the engraving made me less enthusiastic about it.
I first saw this product when my son showed me his, I bought one the next day! Love it although the colours I wanted were sold out.
