This product is great and convenient super easy to use and durable and I love it.
I received a wrong wallet, it has been a hassle to get assistance on how to exchange it. Literally no one is updating me on anything. The service is very much absent. It is disappointing as a returning customer to be treated like a dump that is disgusting just for an exchange. It’s been a week of trying to get someone to assist me. That time this was a birthday present that I did not even give my bus because he already own the same colour of the wallet that was delivered.
The cards fit perfectly, and there’s enough space for cash. Highly recommended for anyone looking to transition away from a bulky wallet.
Given the quality of your name on the wallet why couldn't mine be the same, for this amount of money I expected better. Very dissatisfied

I received my order very quick..u guys were so efficient.. but I sent an email and whatsap 2 days after I received my wallet... and it's almost a week and I didnt get a response. Definitely will not recommend! Not happy with the product and they just don't care to respond on my queries. Requesting to custom the wallet with initials which I presumed will be etch onto the leather. Not the case, the initials are ink stamped and on rubbing over it, it smudged! Furthermore the leather is treated with a colour which also leave scratch marks. 100% not a good product!

The actual product itself is of very good quality and a good buy. The Fulfillment process, though, could and should be improved!.
I was surprised to find several similar products by an internet search, but the Wallet Junkie product (although not the cheapest) seems to be of a superior quality with a solid mechanism – and comes with a lifetime guarantee. It’s very handy if you need to carry a number of cards with you, but gets bulky if you include more than a couple of notes; and no provision for small change. This is not a major issue, as these days mostly cards are used for purchases. I should also mention that delivery was well within a week.
I got one for my man and I loved it, he loved it even more.
