Bought two of these items. Happy with the first item (springbok wallet pro duo), however the second item (springbok wallet pro) that I received seems to have been used. It was not received in a sealed box and the front cover has scuff marks on it. Not impressed .
These wallets are seriously amazing - would recommend it to anyone wanting to buy a new wallet. The quality is great and the size of the wallet is perfect and it’s so easy to use. Happy with the overall of the wallet but the engraving did not even last a week it was a birthday present for my husband although his birthday is today, gave it to him as soon as it was delivered 😕
Wallet is good quality, but the engraving unfortunately is not. It's stamped on with ink, and mine was still wet when I received it. After drying it, it still appears to want to smudge, so don't wipe over it.
Loved the wallet, though the engraving made me less enthusiastic about it.
I first saw this product when my son showed me his, I bought one the next day! Love it although the colours I wanted were sold out.
This product is great and convenient super easy to use and durable and I love it.
I received a wrong wallet, it has been a hassle to get assistance on how to exchange it. Literally no one is updating me on anything. The service is very much absent. It is disappointing as a returning customer to be treated like a dump that is disgusting just for an exchange. It’s been a week of trying to get someone to assist me. That time this was a birthday present that I did not even give my bus because he already own the same colour of the wallet that was delivered.
The cards fit perfectly, and there’s enough space for cash. Highly recommended for anyone looking to transition away from a bulky wallet.
